Don’t you think it’s time for a day trip? Here’s an idea. Find a random map of your state and throw a dart at it. The larger the map, the better. Take a dart and aim as close to your location as you can. Unless you’re a professional dart player, you’re sure to miss.
Now, wherever the dart lands, move it to the closest reasonably sized town. Then take to Google and research all of the interesting things to do in that town. The next morning, fill up your vehicle and take to the road. If you’ve done it right, you’ll only have to drive about two hours. Be sure to bring along your best friend or significant other.
To save even more money, pack a picnic lunch and eat at the closest park. Take a trip to a random town in your state. It’s a great way to explore new places and see new things. Best of all, it only costs the gas it takes to get there.
